Perishable products

Because our products are made fresh and often personalized, change-of-mind returns are not generally possible. This does not affect remedies for products that arrive damaged or materially incorrect.

Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the notice provided and preparation already completed. Custom design deposits may become non-refundable once work begins.
